CANCELLATION PROTECTION Cancellation protection, billed at 3% of invoice total, at time of reservation, entitles each participant to a full refund in the event of forced cancellation resulting from; 1) personal illness, 2) personal injury, or 3)death of an immediate family member. Documentary proof of loss from a competent authority is required to support claims. Protection extends to one traveling companion, and the minor children of the participant as reserved. Participants wishing to decline this protection may do so in writing only and then may be subject to cancellation charges as follows: more than 30 days prior to trip date, 40% of invoice total, less than 30 days, full cost as invoiced.
